Identify your radiator core type
The word radiator can refer to different metals and constructions. Prepare photos of the face, side and ends of your actual cores. Show the tube pattern, thickness, frames, attachments and deformation. Separate examples that differ materially rather than grouping everything into one photograph.
Record the output form your downstream buyer expects. This gives the technical discussion a clear destination instead of focusing only on the appearance of the machine.
Compare two starting routes
Compatible, regular cores may suit direct separation. Bent or irregular material may need crushing and separation. Share photos of your radiator supply so we can help compare the options.
For each option, request a written description of the accepted material, necessary preparation, included processing stages and collected output. If the supply includes both regular and difficult cores, ask how each group would be managed.
Include core preparation in your plan
Ask what work happens before the machine accepts the material. List sorting, handling and any removal of frames or attachments specified by the supplier. Include the people, space and equipment associated with that preparation in your comparison.
Do not present material with residual fluids or hazards for testing without agreeing qualified preparation. The actual equipment instructions and the site safety assessment govern what can enter the machine.
Ask for an end-to-end demonstration
Ask for a complete demonstration using cores like yours, including preparation and views of the recovered copper and aluminum. Include damaged cores if they make up part of your regular supply.
Record the stated configuration and test conditions. Keep the normal material and the difficult examples in the discussion until the operating range is clear.
Compare project scope instead of a single price
Request a common table for utilities, layout, feeding, collection, tools, spares, installation guidance and testing. State which items are included, optional or buyer-supplied.
Compare preparation work, processing equipment, floor space and the output you want to sell.
